Shikshodaya is a comprehensive leadership development programme by the School of Ultimate Leadership, featuring a series of workshops designed to empower DIET Principals, faculty, and education administrators. It provides a structured pathway to strengthen personal, institutional, and systemic leadership capabilities.

Each workshop focuses on a key dimension of leadership, ranging from self-awareness and emotional intelligence to institutional visioning, strategic planning, and collaborative school transformation.
