He is a recognised authority in the field and currently serves as the Program Director at the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), where he designs and delivers transformative leadership programs for public servants. He also plays a pivotal role in curating the prestigious Global Leadership Conclave and spearheading impactful capacity-building initiatives in collaboration with the Government. In addition, Pranav is instrumental in driving infrastructure development at SOUL, managing donor relations, and overseeing the flagship Pinnacle Voices series, all while fostering ethical governance and leadership excellence.

With a wealth of experience across various sectors, Pranav’s career includes serving as the Founder CEO and Director of Chanakya Aanvikshiki Pvt Ltd, Director of the Chanakya Institute of Public Leadership, and Senior Executive Officer for Strategic Outreach at the Partha Ghosh Academy of Leadership at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur.
