Saurabh Johri is the Chief Executive Officer – School Of Ultimate Leadership.
He is a seasoned public leadership and governance expert with over 27 years of experience. A postgraduate in Public Management and Policy (PGP-PMP) from IIM Ahmedabad, he has also undergone specialised training at the Heinz School, Carnegie Mellon University, USA.
His career spans leadership roles in McKinsey, PwC, The World Bank, and the Asian Development Bank, where he led large-scale initiatives at the intersection of governance, public systems, and social transformation. He has also served the development sector through organisations such as Pratham, Azim Premji Foundation, the Observer Research Foundation, and Piramal Foundation.
A recognised thought leader, he has authored influential policy papers and contributed to publications on public service, education, inclusive growth, skills, and sustainable development.
At SOUL, he leads the mission to nurture authentic public leaders who can navigate and solve the complex challenges of emerging economies.
