Centre of Excellence (COE) on Behavioural Sciences guides our mainstream leadership development programs, such as the flagship long duration youth political leadership development program and shorter programs for MPs, MLAs, Urban Local Bodies, Bureaucrats etc.
Job Description
- Design and deploy psychometrics, structured observation, simulations, and 360-degree feedback
- Produce in-depth behavioural profiles and individualized leadership development pathways
- Lead reflective learning sessions with program participants
- Curate cases, simulations, dialogues, and experiential activities for program participants
Background expected
- Psychometric assessment for personality, competency and behaviour
- Translating psychological concepts into structured learning objectives, storyboards
- Quantitative tools for statistical analysis
- Instructional design including content designing, writing and delivery
- Experiential learning methodologies
- Psychological counselling
- Life Skills education
- Coach certification such as ICF, HOGAN, MBTI, NLP
- Post Graduate and above (any discipline)
