The School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) and the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports signed an MoU on 12th August, 2025 to advance youth leadership development across India. Aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, the partnership seeks to empower young people with essential skills in governance, public policy, and social entrepreneurship, alongside competencies in foreign policy, communications, digital, and financial literacy.
The School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE), has launched a leadership training initiative to strengthen school education. The program engages Secretaries, State Project Directors (SPDs), and SCERT Directors as key participants, providing them with strategic insights into the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023. The initiative seeks to drive systemic improvements in education through a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, policy planning, and technological innovation.
The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), the School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL), and the Government of Gujarat (GoG) signed a tripartite MoU on 1st October 2025 to roll out the District Karmayogi Program, an initiative designed to strengthen citizen-centric governance at the district level. SOUL will serve as the lead knowledge and implementation partner for the leadership programs. The pilot will be undertaken in Narmada district, with the vision of creating a scalable and replicable model for the state and the nation
