Jayesh Desai is a Chartered Accountant by qualification with a professional experience spanning over four decades.

He is a seasoned professional with strategic insights and ability to execute complex projects under a rapidly evolving business landscape.

During his versatile career as a Finance Professional, he has worked on various facets of Corporate Finance including M&As, Financial Analytics, Financial Restructuring and Regulatory & Treasury Operations, among others.

While being associated with Torrent Group for three decades, he has demonstrated his expertise in the areas of Business Management functions including Strategic Planning, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Human Resources, Public Relations, Administration, Projects and Corporate Communications. He has also been involved in ideating and implementing Group-level policies, practices and people strategy.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Jayesh Desai has been closely associated with the CSR initiative of the Group.
