On 1st October 2025 School of Ultimate Leadership (SOUL) signed a tripartite MoU with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC) and the Government of Gujarat (GoG) to roll out the District Karmayogi Program, an initiative to strengthen citizen-centric governance.
SOUL shall serve as the lead knowledge and leadership program implementation partner.
The MoU was signed by S P Roy, Secretary, CBC, Saurabh Johri, CEO, SOUL, and Hareet Shukla, IAS, Principal Secretary, ARTD, GoG, in the presence of Dr. Hasmukh Adhia, Principal Advisor to the H’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Ms. S Radha Chauhan, Chairperson, CBC and R. Balasubramaniam, Member – HR, CBC
