उड़ान – Leadership Lift-Off Laboratory is SOUL’s flagship leadership programme designed to empower District Youth Officers (DYOs) under My Bharat Government (Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India). Conducted through immersive and experiential modules at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD), Sriperumbudur, the programme equips participants with governance acumen, public-service leadership skills, and the ability to implement youth-centric policies effectively.

Launched with a successful maiden cohort on 16 October 2025, and followed by a second batch on 7 November 2025, उड़ान reflects SOUL’s commitment to nurturing a dynamic cadre of youth-focused public leaders. The programme emphasises translating policy intent into meaningful, community-oriented actions that drive tangible results.

Embedded within the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, उड़ान prepares DYOs to become transformative leaders who can catalyse youth empowerment, societal progress, and nation-building, ensuring that policies translate into impactful outcomes for communities across India.
