Our Identity

SOUL Chakra

SOUL’s identity is inspired by three powerful symbols, with timeless resonance, each carrying a profound meaning:-

Dharmachakra

The Dharmachakra represents the ethical compass guiding leaders in every aspect of decision-making. It symbolizes the eight-fold path of righteousness. At SOUL it resonates with the fundamental principle of leadership: unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity.

Unalome

The Unalome symbol represents an authentic leader’s winding voyage in pursuit of enlightenment, marked by resilience and continuous learning. At SOUL, we believe that leadership is not a straight path. It is a winding journey of learning and growing whilst navigating challenges. Despite the challenges, a relentless leader steers the course, never wavering from the path of altruism (seva).

Diamond

The Diamond stands for resilience, strength, excellence and brilliance. It mirrors leadership that excels despite pressures, demands and testing conditions to emerge stronger and brighter and keep shining.

Our Identity

The SOUL Chakra is a testament to the woven power of these three symbols and their elements. It provides a foundational framework for ethical governance and continuous progress. Its structure offers a comprehensive guide for leaders, emphasizing a blend of moral conduct (सत्यानिष्ठा ), leadership in action for the welfare of all (सेवा) and excellence (उत्कृष्टता)
The center of the SOUL Chakra is in the shape of a diamond. It represents stillness of the mind & individual excellence shaped under pressure. It’s eight unalome spokes represent the eightfold path to resilient leadership; and, the chakra represents ethical governance, relentless implementation, selflessness, and service to society.
